Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. We had seven flush sash windows installed, and the quality of workmanship has been outstanding. The team were professional, punctual, and clearly take pride in what they do. What really impressed me, though, was the aftercare. There were a couple of very minor finishing touches and without any hesitation they travelled back (from quite a distance) to sort everything out promptly and properly. That level of commitment speaks volumes. Top-notch service, highly professional throughout, and very reasonably priced for the quality delivered. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Guttering, soffits and fascia boards replaced on our bungalow December 2025 by Progress Windows Ltd. We were very impressed by every stage of this operation from surveying, quoting and pricing the job. Fitter did exceptional job removing old components and replacing with new and left the job exceptionally clean and tidy with all waste removed. Would thoroughly recommend this companion the strength of our experience.

Excellent service from the initial enquiry to the fitting of our new front door. Paul was very helpful in choosing the style and colour that best suited our house. Phil fitted the door with great care and we are extremely happy with the finished result.

We recently had a door and window fitted, the gentleman who fitted it was very friendly and efficient making minimal mess and clearing away afterwards, very pleased with how it looks. Thankyou.

After searching for a company to help with my design ideas for a new front door I finally come across Keith at Progress who understood what I wanted. Even matching up my Ral number to match my windows. I’m absolutely blown away with my new front door ! It’s just what I requested and more. The fitter I think was called Alec was very precise with fitting and listened to us on where we wanted the handle fitted etc Also took away existing door/rubbish. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you progress for your service.

Cannot fault the team at Progress Windows. Super easy to organise and we got exactly what we wanted! Our window was really old and hanging onto one single hinge. It wasn’t as blurred as we ideally wanted it to be considering where it is (over the bath/shower). Kieth our organiser and surveyor and Nicky our fitter were both so lovely and professional. We’re so happy with the quality of the results. Will more than likely be using them again in the future when we get round to replacing the latter of our windows.
