The S1 lantern combines aluminium’s clean lines with exceptional thermal performance and features our innovative Thermlock ® multi-chamber technology to keep you and your property well insulated against the worst of the UK weather. This coupled with high-performance 28mm glazing means our lantern roofs offer class-leading thermal performance, and are far superior to traditional polyamide systems based around 24mm glazing. A unique co-extruded perimeter seal also ensures draughts and rain are kept safely outside. 28mm glazing also allows the acoustic dampening glass to be fitted if required.

After having a large item delivered I found that my front door had been knocked out of alignment and would no longer lock. This was late afternoon, I phoned Progress as they'd fitted the door, and spoke to Paul and then Martin who said he'd come and have a look for me. Within the hour he had visited and repaired the damaged door. Excellent service from them again as it was when I originally bought replacement double glazing. Highly recommend

This is our second purchase from Progress windows and it has been a stress free seamless experience on both occasions.

Progress Windows have just completed a huge project on my house. My house has a mock Tudor front and the Tudor boards and the original wooden windows were all rotten. As well as fitting superb new windows and doors, Progress Windows re-rendered the front of my house, put new (plastic) Tudor boards up, changed the facias, soffits and guttering and also carried out some repairs to my existing conservatory. All the tradespeople they sent to my house were not only experts in their own field, but they were lovely people to have around too. My house looks like brand new now and I couldn't be happier! Highly recommended.
We were looking to replace all of our windows and the garden door. After careful consideration we decided to go with Progress Windows and I have to say they were absolutely brilliant from the start to finish. I was very surprised with their competitive prices. We have used this company several times over many years and they have never failed to do an excellent job.
Punctual, clean and tidy workers fitted our windows so carefully hardly any after care was needed.They also cleared away all the old fittings and any rubbish created while working.
I also know that their after service is second to none if needed.

Our experience with Progress Windows is very positive, right from our 1st enquiry for replacement units. The price was more than competitive. The time frame from signing the work contract to completion was very minimal and all work was completed inside three days. Great lads, who were considerate to our needs and cleaned up as they went along. Overall, a great product and service from all at Progress Windows.

Just had new windows fitted on a property by progress, couldn’t recommend them enough! Brilliant customer service, fitters were lovely, polite and tidied up as they went along. Aftercare team were brill checking everything was okay and I was happy. Would definitely recommend them for your window and doors.

We had a full house refit with new windows and doors, destruction to the main bedroom, missing window keys and missing window board end caps aside, we've been left with a cracked main bedroom window.
The fitter who installed the glass left on the Thursday over two weeks ago and all he said on leaving was that the glass would be ready "tomorrow" and they'd fit it the following week. Two weeks have passed and despite multiple promises of phone calls from the managing director, which never materialised, I am still completely in the dark with regards to when this will be fixed.
The only upside is I'm yet to pay, clearly they must have a lot of business as they're certainly in no rush to fix my problem and take payment. The end product is great, but the poor customer service has been a deal breaker.
